Bad service and they are rude!!!

I placed an order via phone call at 18:16 and they said it will be delivered after 45mins. I called at 19:45 and now the call went to a call centre. The lady was rude and told me she didn’t place the order so I should not shout at her. I spoke to her manager Lindiwe and was told the store cancelled my order. Nobody called to inform me that o should try other restaurants as they don’t want my money. This is the 2nd time I am experiencing such bad service with Debonairs lambton - when I last placed an order with them the driver came to deliver after 2 hours of waiting, he called and said he has our order - when I got the gate he them said he forgot my order at the store. This is unacceptable & I am tired of them!
