Bad Service and Substandard food.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Debonairs Pizza. I placed an order for a LRG Chicken and Mushroom pizza and had to wait as per the normal process. Exactly 5 orders that were placed after me were called out and they all received their food before me. This also included 3 Triple Deckers. No one was courteous enough to assure me my order is on its way. (Assuming they neglected to prepare my food). I later received my food and still, no apology! Upon arriving at home I opened the box and what I found was extremely appalling. All the mushrooms were burnt, the entire pizza was soggy and tasteless. After one bite I decided to chuck it in the bin. This was an extreme low for the franchise I have never experienced such from a Debonairs Pizza before and I would definitely discourage anyone from going to Protea Gardens Mall.
