Bad service and still waiting for my refund

I placed an order with Debonairs in Protea Gardens I never received my order and I requested for a refund order was placed on the 26th of July I've been calling and calling and I was told the refund will take 7 days to reflect the 7th day was yesterday I've been calling the call Centre and the number never gets answered until I made my number a private that's when it was answered when I mentioned that I'm calling regarding my refund they even know my name and the store meaning they are not willing to refund me and they are busy avoiding me. The store manager called me once and told me they will refund me after 7 days today I'm calling to enquire about my refund the number is not being answered debonairs pizza please refund me
