Bad service and rude assisstanc

I had a very bad experience with debonairs randburg. The pizza wasn't wat I had specifically asked for.then when I call in to query I get into a back and forth argument with the lady who made the pizza and she ended up hanging up on my ear. I sent a watsap message to the number that I was given to provide the pizza pictures and told them I'd take it up with hello Peter then suddenly they get back to me telling me they will send another pizza however I need to return the wrong one, which I gladly agreed to do. A second pizza was then delivered and out of spite I assume, we received a dry pizza with no filling on the base just a dry base with literally a drop of sauce and countable pieces on the second base. So basically we were served a triple decker crust with a tad bit of cheese on top to make it look like a pizza and we pay full price to be served *******. When we revert back to ask why we are being served such and whether it's out of spite we are blue ticked.

Clearly these people think it's a favour and forget about the fact that we pay. I generally would not put such on such a platform but I find it rude for someone to to make a mistake when you point it out then you get bad attitude to the extent of hanging up on me then returning an even worse service then ignore me. At the end of the day I'm a customer
