Bad service and order

Placed my order at 12:59, my order only came at 14:36 almost 2hrs late in a shocking state. Pizza was dry, cold and looked rather not appetizing to say the least.

Manager just called now saying they did not charge me accordingly. When I tell him about the service and product received he still insist on full payment of which was their negligence not mine. I has to order Roman rather to make up for the debonair disaster...it did not even take an hour for my order to arrive and my kids are happy and satisfied.

Why should I then be held liable for payment on something I am not happy with and it was not even my fault. Why is it that because money needs to be collected the delivery guy will make it to my house in less than an hour?!

This is just taking advantage of me!
