Bad service and long waiting times.

Appalling service from Tsakane Mall Debonairs. I should also add that it's not for the first time. I called in for an order. The call centre agent assured me that I will get my order within 45 minutes but after an hour had passed, I called again to enquire. After dealing with Sipho, Lerato and Zanele all repeating the same protocol of putting me through to the store with my calls not being answered, they finally answered on the fifth attempt. The cashier told me that my order has left the store. But after waiting some more I called again. I was given the drivers numbers which went straight to voicemail. I called back again the cashier told me that my order is only leaving the shop as the driver had not collected. We are still waiting for my order and only now as I type this has another driver called to say he is leaving the shop. Aweful service and as I said it's not the first, second or even third time experiencing something like this. Our problem is that no other shop services us and no Mr. D or ubereats services us as well.🥵😔
