bad service and given wrong pizza

hi,<br> i went o debonairs pizza sunnyside last night, i ordered tripledecker chicken and she said i will get it after 10minutes, i waited for about 20minutes and when i eventually got the pizza. when i got home the pizza was cold and it was the wrong pizza, i drove back when got there, the i explained and some guy with a bad attitude insisted that the pizza is hot but the dot on the box was black when i showed it to him he said the dot was only indicative for deliveries only but i always buy pizza at Arcadia and hatfield branches. i had to wait another 30 minutes for my order. i was shocked with the service level at the sunnyside branch and i wondered if maybe its because they serve mainly black people so they don't care. this is a bad reflection on the debonairs brand and i will never buy from the sunnyside branch again
