Bad Service and Food

I ordered the meal for two at Elarduspark with a club, Mexican fiesta and bread ripper. my order was placed and confirmed half past 2. an hour past and I tried to contact them, but there were no answer. 16:00 I contacted again and got an answer. turned out that my order was never placed. they only placed the order then. I wanted to cancel it but I already paid online when I ordered,so decided to leave it. when I finally got my order 16:50, which is two and a half hours later than my original order time, the bread ripper was cold and the club pizza and bread ripper was so sour that i couldn't eat even half of it. I stopped ordering from Debonairs for a long time and decided to try it again. I am so disappointed and will not make use of your services again.
