Bad service and even worse pizza!

Debonairs South Gate will never get another order from me! Firstly they charge you for delivery (tha'ts not stated on your order nor on your slip) when the manager phones you then you only find out that free delivery only counts for 5km radius from the store. Okay fine, when it comes to your pizza you have to play I spy where is the toppings and the base is snotty. I didn't even waste my time to complain about it as the manager wasn't even helpful explaining about the delivery charge. Debonairs really should train their staff not only for customer support but about delivering the service they advertise. From now on, Romans pizza is my way to go!
