Bad service and burnt pizza

Yesterday I ordered online the pizza man arrived at 18h35 when I opened the pizza I noticed it was incorrectly done and burned as well, I notified them telephonically which they told me that a new one will be delivery it was 19h05 at the time. Waited till I decided to go at the store it was 20h40 when I get there the Nthabiseng had a different stories which did’nt make sense, funny enough they close at 21h00 it means I would sleep without getting the dilivery, I was so annoyed I left the old pizza at the store😩😩kindly ask them to deliver my refund as they were able to attend to my query. Umphakathi mall your service is very very bad, you guys made me to hate debonairs all together
