Bad Service and bad resolving of this problem

I ordered a pizza from Debonair Germiston on 28 July 2017 ref 75324. When this pizza arrived i paid and when i opened the box this pizza was awful. It looked terrible and no effort in making this meal enjoyable. The topping was in the middle but more than that the pizza tasted terrible. Food must look good 1st then taste good 2nd. I called the shop immediately and told them they can come and fetch pizza without replacing it, even though i paid for it already.

I then reported this on their website and a case no 300820 was sent to me notifying me of receipt of complaint. Today a message come through on my cell phone saying that this case has been resoloved. I'm asking who resolved this matter.
