Bad service and bad quality food

Poor service and their pizza is disgusting. The standards of this brand has lowered to the pits. I ordered a meaty triple decker from Sam Ntuli Mall at 1.35pm and only received my order at 5pm. What kind of service is this??? After waiting so long for my delivery I get disappointment yet again but the quality of the pizza, there was literally no Meat on that pizza. Only a few pieces of ham or whatever that square thing is. And yet one spent so much money for such?? I have since layed a complaint with pictures and til today I have not received any feedback.
