Bad service and bad attitude from delivery guy

On Sunday 24 Dec 2017 we orderd a pizza for delivery, with a 2L stoney

When the driver came 1) he did not have the order slip ( according to him its 46 ) 2) he came with a 2L coke instead of stoney

When enquiring why he said " on the slip was coke and stoney but i only took the coke " The driver is Robert. He the told me who is going to pay him if he takes the coke and comes back again? Really, pay for a free service???? Then he gave me the managers cell nr , Sam, and then when i told Sam about this, he said he will deal with the driver when he gets back. I then told Sam tbat because if what happend, and its not the 1st time with the same driver some more, i felt that i dont need to pay for the pizza, where Sam said " you can pay when he brings the Stoney " I told Sam no i feel the pizza should be free cause fue to inconvenience caused, Sam refused. By this time i was so fed up and my appetite for lunch was gone, i gave the driver Tobert the pizza and Coke to take back.

Very very bad service and then the manager cant even do something to make up it for it
