Bad service and bad attitude from delivery driver

Debonairs Washington Post in Vereeniging takes more than an hour to deliver pizza, and the delivery driver has an attitude. Yesterday I order a pizza at 18:06 it was delivered at 19:15, when I ask the driver why they take so long to deliver he gives me an attitude. He tells me that I am a bothering customer who always takes long to come out, because a few months ago he delivered and I did not answer. I had fell asleep waiting for the pizza because it takes forever to arrive. So the delivery guy tells me that he will always take longer to to deliver my pizza because of this, he says he even told the store this. This Is is not a good service and I am not happy about it at all, I am a paying customer and I expect my deliveries on time when I order.
