Bad service and bad attitude

Debonairs pizza Waterloo has such bad service and customer service representative. No way of speaking and doesn't have any listening skills when you tell them what is happening. On they app our address pick up has the nearest Debonairs is in Waterloo. We put this order at 14:52 and called the call center number and the manager who was supposed to call back in 15 mins who didn't. I have two small children age 6 and 1 who was hungry only to find out 2 hours later they don't deliver in phoenix but when I called the manager on his cell *** said he will call back and he didn't when I called him back he cuts the call. The lady from the call center kept calling to see if the manager called and I told him he didn't... please don't not buy from Debonairs pizza Waterloo on their app...bad service and bad attitude...btw the food took 3 hours and I had to order from Romans for my children. I shouldn't even give them 1 star .... Useless Debonairs will keep losing people cause of the employee
