Bad Service and Bad Attitude

I went to Debonairs Pizza at Alexandra @Pan Africa junction on the 26 Feb 2016 @19:52 was assisted by Cecelia Ngwenya the cashier who was not even wearing a name badge, I ordered Awesome Foursome and the lady told me that the order would take about 20 to 30 min then I waited for an hour, I then asked one of the staff she told me that the foursome does'nt take 30 min it takes an hour which I don't know whether its true or not I then waited another 30 min then went to the cashier that assisted me and asked her when am I going to get my order then she said I must wait i asked her for how long because i have been waiting for an hour 30 min already she just answered with an attitude saying she does'nt know then called another customer to serve, as soon as she was finished with the customer she was serving i asked her her name she refused to give me i then asked another cashier she gave me the name i then went back to her i asked for the manager's name she said she cant give me the manager's name I asked her why she answered with an attitude again saying what am i going to do with the names. i left the shop @10:15pm am not happy with the service that the lady gave.
