Bad service and bad attitude

I went to Debonair's N1 city mall - shop U26 two weeks ago to order a double stack chicken pizza, i told the lady please do not put on the BBQ sauce, she said it only comes with cream cheese. So last night i went to order the same pizza, just for them to give me the pizza with the BBQ sauce i told the manager Anthia Swanepoel that her staff member told me two weeks ago that it doesn't come with the BBQ sauce and only with cream cheese, otherwise i would have told them not to put it on. She told me that's nonsense her staff would never say that and that it comes standard with the pizza, i then told her i do not eat the pizza with BBQ sauce and if i knew it came with BBQ sauce i would have never bought it. She said its to bad and that she will not be replacing the pizza. I had to give my pizza away and i had to starve. Thank you debonaires for nothing i will never go there again.
