Bad service and attitude

I made an odder of chicken and mashroom standard pizza just two seconds of an odder I asked her to make it a large pizza and she said she's not able to I then asked her to cancel and refund she told me she's unable to cancel without her manager I then asked her to call the store manager and I was told that they went home then 15 minutes later I'm told that they went out somewhere at the mall Slindile told me to call the manager if I want to be assisted while her colleague by the name of Thamsanqa was singing uzenza iboza lo meaning (she's being bossy).I waited for the store manager for more than an hour and when he got to the store he didn't even bother to talk to me.Slindile just asked how much did I pay with and gave my money. No apology no acknowledgment.
