Bad service and a lie from driver

I ordered 2 pizzas at 14:45 at 16:00 my food had not been delivered.

U called rhe call center and I was put through to the branch in Diepkloof at 16:35 and the manager told me that rhe driver had left with 8 orders 7 minites ago.

17:21 i receive hard rock/cold dry pizza's. Before I paid i asked if the food was still hot he said yes. I top up the bill with a tip pay and when he gives me the boxes they are cold as Fs#$
