Bad service always

Good day Can you kindly tell me why every time I leave Debonairs pizza sasolburg(Delmas) I have to leave ****ed. If it's not the cashiers attitude it's the delay of food every time. I Placed a complaint in their platform last year and they never reached out, today I went there again to buy triple decker creamy chicken and I was told it's out of stock. I tried another alternative so I ordered another pizza with chicken and I was told anything with chicken they don't have. Last week Monday around 2pm I placed an order and it took 40 minutes and when I complained about it I was told they had to go buy some of the ingredients, why wasn't I told before I Placed my order. At this point I'm not happy with their customer service.
