Bad Service All Round

I purchased a pizza online using the app and paid online on 26 January 2021 and it was never delivered. Sent a email to *** for answers but they never got back to for me. Sent a DM on twitter to debonairs they said they get back to me in 48hours even today I have not heard anything from anyone.
