BAD SERVICE AGAIN

To whom it may concern<br> <br> This is the second time this has happened.<br> <br> On 5 June 2015 at 18h39 we ordered a delivery by telephone. Invoice no. 358888 refers. We were advised by the cashier that it would take an hour for the delivery. A short while after the bypassed hour the food was not delivered so we called to find out what time delivery will be. My girlfriend spoke to Marsh (manager at the time) who advised they are busy. Marsha advised that the driver had left about 15 minutes ago. Various discussions took place. Marsha was asked to find out where the driver is and call us back. No call was received. We called again but Marsha didn't seem to want to take the call and was now in the back. Marsha eventually came to the phone. After the discussion Marsha advised us not to pay for the order.<br> <br> Eventually the driver arrived about 20h28. I advised him that Marsha said we must not pay for the order. The driver advised that he would then have to pay for it out of his pocket. We called the outlet again and Marsha said the driver would have to pay. This is ridiculous when the manager made the decision. We gave the driver the money as it is not his fault. The driver had left 15 mins before
