Bad service after I waited forever for my order

If I could give a rating lower than zero I would. Today I went to debonairs in Woodstock. I ordered at 18:01. I waited for a very long time until I went to go ask why my order is taking long. They then informed me then that they have made a mistake with my order , by then it had been 18:35. The lady telling me this was soooo rude about, Icouldnt believe it. I would think that if you made such a mistake you would have the decency to apologies and explain what is going on as it is happening not when you feel like it. I then asked her are we supposed to now wait longer again, when we had ordered a long time ago and I saw everyone else who ordered after me get their food. The lady ignored me and starting calling out other order numbers for people to come get their food. I asked her why she is ignoring me and it seemed as if I am being annoying or I'm the one who is wrong. I am not one to complain but I was just upset by the manner in which she handled the situation. The lady in the kitchen even handled the situation much better when she came to explain to me, after the miss calling out the orders just walked away from me when I was still asking questions. I'm very upset by this. When I asked for a manager, I was told the manager is not in the store. How does a store function without the manager being there? Who is supposed to take escalations. I proceeded to ask the lady her name and surname and yet again she just ignored me, and asked me why do I need her name. She is very disrespectful and needs to be trained and removed as someone who interacts with clients.

I am very upset by this. I had to wait even longer to get my food, to top it all off by the time I left the store it was hailing. Please fix the issues you are having with your staff. It's either something is very wrong with your recruitment process or with your training.
