Bad service

Hi At 13:36pm I placed a order at Debonairs Tsakane mall using the at... I called in 3 times to give them my updated address and contact information but it was not done, I than called in at 17:45 to ask where my order was they directed me to the shop and that call was cut of. I spoke to Prudence, phumzile, goarge with no luck in getting my oder... I have justed called in 20mins ago and spoke to Innocencia and she reassured me that the manager will give me a call... I'm still waiting... Went on the customer side to ask assistance and got linked to thobile but no luck with a response.

How long does one order take to arrive? And with no call to state there is a delay when I have called in 3 times to give in my updated address and contact information. I'm really not happy and this is not the first time one has to complain.
