Bad service

Im very unhappy with the service i received today, i ordered pizza online and paid online, thereafter i couldn't track it, 2 hours later it was still not delivered kept calling the call centre n they cut me off more than 5 times, the pizza arrived i had no choice but to take it bzc i had already paid for it it was cold and stail, you have lost me as a customer
