Bad service

I called in today to place an order for 2 large Pizza at *** at 14:50, I spoke to a lady at told me that it will take about 45 minutes to deliver, I waited and waited to my surprise when I call to follow up at 17:09, another lady answers she said there is no order for me, if the calls are recorded can my call be traced because I was calling from my cell phone, she even picked up my address and my name for 2 hours waiting for 2 large Pizza, this is ridiculous why did she do that iam very very irate and this gives a bad name to Debonairs
