Bad service

I was @debonair pizza Dube village mall in Inanda Durban,and the manager refused for me to buy because I didn't want to use their sanitizer as I had my own since I sensitive skin and that's why I use my own.

She and the gentleman who was stationed by the door refused for me to buy the pizza for my daughter but the manager was able to allow me to come in by the till so I can hear what she was saying but refused for me to purchase l..And I said its f* ridiculous because stores sell sanitizers so that people can use them ,and I took it out in front of the guy to show him that I am sanitizing my hands but still they clearly refused.

My daughter had been longing for that pizza and she just said I must go somewhere else and buy the pizza..

So I went back home without the pizza and my daughter sad I am very upset because what my daughter wanted couldn't get the tears on her face gosh am so angry.

I called y'all customer service after I got home,I spoke to Ayanda funny thing is she told me what they did was wrong because in had my sanitizer they saw it ,I was wearing a mask and I was screened if I had refused to be screened or wasn't wearing a mask or I clearly just didn't want them to sanitize then I would be at fault but I had followed all the protocols..
