Bad service

I had bought pizza using the debonairs app I logged into my fnb app to process the payment but whenbi went back to the debonairs app it prompted me to start over again even though they had already deducted my money I've escalated to their store manager and even there Yumbi people who take online order I went as far as sending my bank statements but they still say they can't see my order it's been more than a month. I'm never buying from them again not even my family
