Bad service

Worst experience from the Debonairs Strand branch, first was it the app isn't working but ut shows my order has been delivered, after nobody has contacted me then when I called to do a follow-up the person who answered had a nasty attitude, just saying the driver will contact me when he's on his way not giving an ETA as to what time it will be delivered.
