Bad service

I order a pizza today and my order did not come upon calling the store liberty promenade and wasting R50 airtime being on hold and transfered and hung up numerous times..I tried chatting to the chat service and spoke to a sibonela that reply was they cannot assist as the order was placed over the phone directly with the store..such a waste of time and disappointment promising my kids we getting pizza and desert to find out 2 hrs later that is not going to happen and then having to whip up some supper quickly on the site it shows that my order***8 is completed but no pizza delivered?
