Bad service

I have never ever ever experienced such poor service in my entire life I ordered a pizza and till now I have not received it the pizza was ordered at Signet Lenz 2 hours ago when o call the call centre they put me on hold or transfer me without letting me know the store themselves have called me asking me the 4 numbers for my addrss and till now no one has ever attended to my order and now when I call the store it goes to voicemail like this is shocking cause i ordered yesterday using the same address and my order was delivered successfully without any issues i hate this and I want my money back now
