Bad service

We have ordered a pizza and the delivery guy calledt us and said he will get lost we must wait at the gate,we waited and waited.We then received a call that the driver said he was nearly ****** next to our home.We told Told Mpho who called that that's not true and such was premeditated as the driver called us first and we have been waiting for him.Mpho said we must wait again for the driver,in this cold weather we waited for two hours again.When we called them,their phone was just ringing.My family went to bed hungry. Is it based on the dermacation of Atteridgeville or what?
