Bad service

I'm really disappointed with the service from debonairs richards bay(boardwalk mall) i purchased on the triple(3 pizza's) for R299 on the 27 of march before lock down, all the pizza's seem to be eaten,packaged horribly, cold as ice (also **** tail cheese grillers) and the black sticker was removed on all boxes. I then reported the issue to debonairs the same day and was told i will be assisted once they are back in business case number: CAS-***-S8H6D6 I'm now being ignored on their facebook page and contacted the call center to ask what happened with my case and a lady named Tsholo who also need training on customer interactions didn't help at all, its unfortunate as i was one of your loyal customers. I cant make any orders until this issue is fixed
