Bad service

Yesterday at around 17:15 i placed an order with debonairs and i am still waiting for my order until today ,i tried to call yesterday but my calls were ignored today when i called and explained what had happened they just laughed at me ,they did not even apologise for the bad service they offered me...i am an unhappy customer the debonairs in klerksdorp alabama their service is very bad
