Bad service

I just visited the branch in Sebokeng to buy a pizza using a voucher & I was told that I cannot use a voucher how surprising as I have been using vouchers for quite sometime now especially at the branch in Eyethu Mall I think they need training on how to assist a customer using a voucher ,urgently arrange for training for all staff that were on duty today 03/06/2021.It is unfortunate that my voucher expires today.
