Bad service

Ordered a collection at Debonairs Pizza 5th Av walmer PE, after 30 minutes on my arrival the cashier told me it's in the oven then I waited after 10 minutes again I was told it's still in the oven, I then requested to cancel the order. A drunk supervisor or manager came to assist me cause I was enquiring about my order. The supervisor /manager was stalling also talking to other customers.

I explained to them the reason I ordered collection it's I'm driving with babies in the car and still the service was of a pathetic level with ignorance and a drunk supervisor.
