Bad service

I am very disappointed with Debonairs Pizza Marikana Rustenburg. I have place an order at 16:14 , paid online for delivery. I then called them to confirm my order but I haven't received my order till now. I tried calling them but there was no answer. Now I have to cook this time of a night and I have paid. Please assist
