Bad service

I had a very bad experience with debonairs pizza at wit witbank KG mall.ordering pizza and ask for delivery everything was confirmed but was never delivered I waited untill 22:00 hungry with no fhone call from them explaining what happened. The next day I call to speak to the store manager and it was clear that he already believe the lies he was told by the driver and blame everything on the network.

The store manager has no clue on what he is there for and need training or must top befriend himself with the staff it really has a effect on running that store.
