Bad service

Today 11/02/2022 at 16:20 I place my orders online for a running special from Debonairs mahube mams mall for a triple decker+coke and an extra small box of the triple decker. When my order was delivered it was only the two boxes but NO drink. I then called the outlet to let them know that they short delivered a drink Thembi said they will send the drink. after an hour I called again that the drink is still not delivered, the lady said it's on it's way. Only after 3 hours one of the driver called to inform me that he is on his way to deliver, that was 19:05. It's now 21:00 and the drink is still NOT delivered. This is not the first problem I encountered with Debonairs Mahube Mams Mall. This is extremely bad service and I need to know what is Dobanairs going to do because they ruined my family and friends supper.
