Bad service.

I'm the 19th of February roughly 8:30 I placed an order from debonairs Pizza at the Phoenix plaza branch. Over an hour later we tried calling multiple times and they said they couldn't reach the driver. At about 10:15 the driver arrived at the house to deliver which is almost two hours later, I was still willing to take the meal however the dot was black and as per the rules if it's black its free I explained that to him and he refused to give me the meal.
