Bad service

Debonairs Chris Hani is really horrible in their service. Firstly their only service is horrible, the background music from the store is annoyingly loud. Secondly I placed an order at 17:06 and I waited for an hour to get my order but still it had not arrived until I went to the store and they told me that the delivery bike has left to deliver. I then waited for another 30mins while checking back at he if they have delivered the pizza and they said he has not yet arrived. Back at the store we called the delivery guy and his phone rang and there was no answer we then called again and then the phone was no longer going through. The delivery guy switched of the phone and we could reach him. While I was still waiting at the store, the store phone rang and the cashier just took the phone and hung up. After all the up and downs I only received my order at 19:18. I'm very disappointed with the service i got.
