Bad service

I'm so disappointed at Debonairs ,I ordered a pizza online ,and selected the store I'm going to collect from because I pass there on my way home from work . Only to find out my order was put to another store ,after an hour when I arrived to the selected store ,at Palm Springs Mall vaal .the ladies attitude was stinky .yes my order was not there .but their behavior is very bad towards customers. Then I left . Then tried to call Debonair to check what happened. There lines you won't even be answered. Then later around past 7pm I received a call to come and collect my order from another store evaton mall which is very far from where I stay . And they called me second time to come collect ,at that time am I crazy I ordered my pizza around past 4 .then the guy said they can't deliver at my area is dangerous so I should be the one making efforts where else it was not my fault . Then now I'm expected to come pay because I choose pay in store method . I'm expected to come pay for my order that I won't even recieve because it is a waste a loss to their site .they are the one affected not me . I won't even accept that pizza of yesterday, wven if they can make another one .because I no longer need it .I will go and pay .but it hurts to pay for services you didn't recieve. After this I'm done with Debonairs .
