Bad service

I placed my order online with debonairs the crossing mafikeng @ 18h06pm I got confirmation my order was placed

Its 20h20pm and still nothing.

I was promised I would be refunded by custoner care

I received below message from m customer care

I'm truly disgusted by their service The phone lines haven't worked for more than 6 months. I have never been this disappointed in a restaurant before
