Bad service

What a poor service I received today at dawn Park debonairs pizza I order from 16:30 when I went there the manager was not willing to listen to me they closed the door for us not to get in. They told me to use app their speed point is not working. I am asking my self during this festival season they can't handle the pressure. I am disappointed
