Bad Service

This will be my 2nd log for Debonairs Menlo Park, Pretoria.

1. We ordered Takeout on Friday 1st July 2022 @ 18:27 and only received our meals after 20:00 due to numerous calls to the branch where Lerato were taking the calls. While busy with her the App shows that meals were delivered but still not received. 2. We used our promo discount code and still have to pay for full total. How can a promo code not be deducted from total?

Hope to get answers asap. If no response from franchise within the next 24 - 48h this issue will be escalate to social media and board of restaurant associations gauteng.
