bad service

i bought triple decker pizza on the 14/10/2023 around 8h30 at Celtis ridge the pizza dough was not cooked and we started eating the pizza around 21h00 while i was bathing my kids ate their pizza as i was about to eat mine i realised the dough was not well cooked and i immediately phoned the phone was not answered i checked they were closed already

my daughter complained that her stomach was painful last night and i went to debnairs this morning to complain and the opemed the pizza the saw there was 2 and half slices of pizza they asked me why did i let my children eat the pizza in the first place like i wanted a free pizza or im lying i feel undermined and the person who said that is the store manager Patrick he was so rude he said to me because i mate the pizza he will give me a chicken pizza not a triple decker anymore i8 asked him please taste the pizza and tell me if its cooked he said he cannot taste something that was in my house already i was not happy that i asked him i want to escalate who can i talk to he said he does not know and i asked him his surname he said he also does not know his surname and the staff were laughing at me i left the pizza with them and walked away . i was treated so bad .
