Bad service

I ordered a pizza at 7:15 pm online. The store accepted my order, surprisingly the preparation took longer then expected next thing you know it it's 8:00 pm and my order cannot be tracked nor is it delivered.

Called their useless call centre where 2 agents failed to help instead they transferred me to the store with no help. The last agent took my name and promised to call back minutes later no one has gotten back to me but my money is charged
