Bad service

I ordered pizza at 17:38 and waited for delivery until I went to the store myself, still waited almost an hour. I had to call the manager and I was told that the driver left to deliver at a Suburb 40km from me.. The shop had more them 30 ppl waiting for orders who were told to wait for 2 hours for their orders.. The shop was packed they need to manage thier ordering system properly because today wasn't on
