Bad service
Yesterday at 06:55pm I ordered the new sausage pizza and 1 litre of Sprite online at Deboniars , received a response saying that my order has been sent to the shop (Protea Gardens for delivery) , 30 min later I called this number *** and I asked about my order ... they didn't even ask me about my order ref number I was just told that it takes 45min - 1hr for a delivery. After an 1hr I called Protea Gardens and spoke to Tumelo who wasn't very helpful he just told me they close delivery @ 06:30pm and doesn't know why it's not updated online. Called back the 086 number and spoke to Busi who was very rude and inconsiderate. I am very unhappy about the service I received and wouldn't encourage anyone to buy food at Deboniars
