bad service

so disspointed in them tried to order pizza from them and on app could not find my adress and then phoned them..I went downstairs to collect it and waited and waited nothing come phoned them saw bike come rushing past phoned again told them to cancell my pizza so thought give them change again and order except I moved and tried app again new adress could not find it then phoned them lady was so useless and could not find my adress and said sorry you in tableview too far from knysna..hello I live in knysna. so told them to leave it..very very bad service did complain in dec and thought they fix it. now 5 months later same old story
